A course for the woman who wants to reclaim what it means to be a cyclical Jewish woman.
How would it feel to understand Jewish practices and rituals from a matri-centric perspective?
How would it feel to infuse your life with cyclical Jewish wisdom that supports the highest version of yourself?
Jewish rituals and the wisdom behind them can be transformed from “men telling women what to do” into woman-centered opportunities to lead a more embodied, purposeful life.
Our Jewish ancestral mothers knew of the feminine wisdom held within the womb, the earth and moon.
And with their blood in our veins and the current female awakening, we now have the opportunity to reclaim and transform our lost wisdom.
Learn to optimize your sacred cycle through a Jewish lens.
For many women, menstrual cycle awareness is forgotten wisdom.
As Jewish women, we have always had Jewish rituals built into our cycles, giving us a regular opportunity to connect with the wisdom and power available within our cyclical nature and Jewish traditions.
However, somewhere along our ancestral line of mothers, we succumbed to patriarchal forces and began to view our female bodies as a curse instead of a gift.
Cyclical reverence was forgotten and menstruation and its surrounding practices became dirty, isolating and stigmatized; inconvenient at best, debilitating at worst.
We lost our connection to the moon, to our transformational cycles, to our creative ebbs and flows, to our true female powers (not the sexist stereotypes assigned to us).
We lost the wisdom of our bodies, and with that, we lost an embodied channel to Source.
Yet this dark story has a glimmer of light. Cyclical wisdom is making a comeback.
Despite reproductive health challenges and cycle suppression being at an all time high, more cyclical health and cycle reclamation books have been published in the last ten years than ever before. And fertility awareness based methods of birth control were finally approved as effective by the FDA in the last couple of years.
As hard as it is to see sometimes, we are moving in the right direction. Thanks to our feminist sisters, women’s voices are finally being heard.
After thousands of years in exile, women are now, more than ever before, beautifully supported to become the sovereign, body literate power sources that we are designed to be.
And because of this current feminist revolution, Jewish teachings, practices and rituals can now be fully harnessed to support this cyclical reclamation and the rise of the Divine Feminine.

Who is this course for?
YOu want to incorporate jewish rituals in your cyclical self-care routines
You already feel connected to your menstrual cycle and want to understand how Jewish traditions, practices and rituals can be incorporated into your cyclical life.
You identify as Jew-ish. You appreciate your bubbie and maybe even some of the holidays (who doesn’t like getting together to eat?), but you gravitate more towards goddess religions that appear more women-centric.
The truth is, there is an abundance of woman-power available within the Jewish religion.
The Cyclical Jewess will show you where to look to harness these traditions and rituals into your life and how to weave the divine feminine into your unique Jewish life.
you are looking for a spiritual guidebook to enhance your relationships, career and entire life.
Some might say (okay, I say) that The Cyclical Jewess is Cycle Magic 2.0. This is where we introduce the deep magic of the menstrual cycle to the deep magic of Judaism.
Our divine female blueprint meets our divine ancient traditions. Inner seasons meet matriarchal archetypes. Cyclical living meets soul revelations and self-mastery techniques.
The Cyclical Jewess will remind you how to tune into what already lives inside you (your cyclical guidebook) and bring it into communication with your ancestral wisdom and ancient traditions that live in your blood.
The result?
The tools to sustain deep forms of intimacy (with self, others and the divine) and gain the clarity and integrity to pursue all of your dreams.
You want to deepen your taharat mishpacha practice through embodied cyclical care
You already have a taharat mishpacha practice but you feel that there is something missing. Whether you love keeping nida and going to the mikveh or not, The Cyclical Jewess will help you incorporate new tools and rituals to experience a more embodied relationship with your body, your partner, and Hashem.

FAQ:
I am not religiously observant. Will some of the material be confusing for me?
Not at all! In fact, this course was designed with you in mind. We will discuss Jewish teachings, rituals, traditions, and stories from the intro level as they relate to our cyclical bodies.
I am religiously observant. Will this material be relevant for me?
This course is a guide to approaching your menstrual cycle through the jewish lens. While we will discuss some other themes as they relate to the cycle, this is not a halachic-based course (all teachings are halachically aligned according to an open-orthodox perspective), but rather an invitation to combine cyclical rituals with Jewish rituals.
I’m not familiar with Menstrual Cycle Awareness. Will this be a problem?
No, because I have included a pre-course short video series explaining the basics of menstrual cycle awareness (the inner seasons and identifying fertile signs) so you can easily follow along and begin to chart your cycle. This course will be much more impactful with this understanding.
I already took cycle magic. Will there be a lot of repeated information?
You will get the most out of this course with a prior understanding of menstrual cycle awareness and cycle alignment. So, while not a prerequisite, Cycle Magic will set you up for a more meaningful understanding of the material within this course.
What if I can't make it to the live classes?
Although it is definitly preferable to attend the live classes, it's not a problem if you are unable. The full class video recording and any other materials will be emailed to you after each class.
