It all started when…
I stumbled upon Alisa Vitti’s book, Woman Code. It was here that I learned for the first time that as a cyclical woman, I am hormonally programmed to show up with different strengths and challenges as my cycle moves from menstruation to ovulation and back to menstruation. How had I never heard of this biohacking tool? I was floored (to say the least) and ever since, I have been spewing this wisdom to literally anyone who will listen.

I am currently teaching two online course, Cycle Magic: An Introduction to Menstrual Cycle and The Cyclical Jewess: Jewish Teachings and Rituals that Center our Cyclical Bodies. I also offer private coaching and private kallah classes. Be on the lookout for a podcast (coming soon!), as well as other menstrual cycle related projects.
It is my mission to remind women that the menstrual cycle is designed to support us.
Can you imagine what our world might look like if every woman was taught to use her cycle as a guided, presence-based system to realize and actualize all of her potential in a way that truly recognized and honored her cycling mind and body?
I think healthy, pleasurable periods would become common again. And I think the feminine would rise. First within our cycling bodies and then into our world.

Jess is a holistic menstrual cycle educator, activist, coach and kallah teacher. Integrating educational lessons, reflection exercises, dance, meditation and public speaking, Jess teaches educational programs worldwide to girls and women of all ages. Her work encourages women to return to their bodies for wisdom and power. She believes that the more a woman understands her body and the inherent magic that lives there, the more empowered she will be. Born and raised in New Jersey, Jess currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son.
